    About Us

For Just under 11 Years, My Friend's House Foundation has been on the frontlines of providing essential items for men, woman and their children in and around the Skid Row area of Downtown Los Angeles. Skid Row is the capital of homelessness is the United State. Weekly, rain or shine volunteers from all walks of life unite with us to serve Los Angeles' marginalized populations with dignity and humility. We distribute, food, clothing, toiletries and other items as they become available. In addition to our weekly outreach, MFHF offers a plethora of Programs that promote self-sufficiency, personal growth and independence. From our Refresh Program that provides professional barber and salon services for no or low cost, to yoga, pet care, financial literacy, health and nutrition classes, music and art therapy and more.

Many of our volunteers have been with us for years. WE ARE Family! However in today's climate the need is becoming greater and we need to grow our Family! Will you join us?
