About Us
History
Founded in 1861, the Buffalo Society of Natural Sciences has been collecting, studying and providing learning experiences for the people of the Greater Niagara Region for146 years. The Society carries its work out at several different locations throughout the region, including: The Buffalo Museum of Science, Tifft Nature Preserve, neighborhood-based community centers and other outreach locations. The work of the Society is greatly enhanced by the generous efforts of volunteers and interns. If you are interested in joining our team, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
