IWIL Ignite is a global skill-building movement and future-of-work think tank dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders for the digital and AI economy. Founded five years ago as IWIL, we have worked across South Asia, Africa, and India, building large-scale digital capability programs for students, professionals, educators, and business leaders. Today, IWIL Ignite represents the North American chapter of this global mission, bringing world-class digital media literacy, AI fluency, and workforce transformation programs to Canada.

Our purpose is simple and urgent: To build future-ready leaders at scale. By 2030, our goal is to skill 100,000 individuals globally with the digital, AI, and human capabilities required to participate meaningfully in the future economy.
