Committed to realizing and mobilizing the assets within ourselves and our communities for financial freedom and joy through healing-centered financial capability, community development, and personal growth.
In Boston—one of America’s wealthiest cities—there is a staggering 23-year life expectancy gap between Roxbury and Back Bay, just 15 minutes away, with the wealth gap continuing to increase. We believe financial literacy alone is not enough, and we are not living long enough to pass on wealth.
At the heart of our mission is a commitment to transforming lives in Boston through holistic financial development.
Our flagship three-year program equips youth with the essential tools and resources for success beyond the numbers. We also offer professional development workshops and public policy series to drive community change.
What sets us apart is our holistic approach: we weave together financial literacy with history, neuroscience, and transformative justice to foster lasting prosperity and "wHealthy living"—the intentional practice of finding and embodying an authentic rhythm across physical, mental, and spiritual health within oneself and in community that prevents and heals harm to sustain generational wealth and nurture a solidarity economy.
Our team—comprising advocates, professionals, and educators—is driven by values of accountability, reciprocity and interdependence, honesty and transparency, community and belonging, and growth and transformation.
