Space of Hope Foundation for Human Rights (SOHF)

Space of Hope Foundation for Human Rights (SOHF) is a nonprofit organization based in Mosul, Iraq, dedicated to promoting mental health, psychosocial support, human rights, protection, peacebuilding, and community resilience. We work with vulnerable children, women, youth, and conflict-affected communities to create safer, healthier, and more inclusive societies.

Space of Hope Foundation for Human Rights (SOHF) is a locally registered nonprofit organization in Iraq. We collaborate with local communities, government institutions, and humanitarian partners to improve access to mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), protection services, education, youth empowerment, and community development. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions while strengthening local capacities and promoting human dignity, social cohesion, and sustainable development. As a growing organization, we welcome skilled international volunteers who wish to contribute their expertise and support meaningful humanitarian initiatives in Iraq.
