PeerForward maximizes the power of positive peer influence to transform the lives of students in low-income communities by connecting them to higher education and careers.

PeerForward trains teams of high school students to guide their peers through continuing their education after high school. Our program taps into the influence young people have on each other as a powerful asset in creating pathways to degree attainment, economic mobility, and personal success. By organizing school-wide activities and events throughout the school year, Peer Leaders educate their peers about postsecondary education options, increase the number of students enrolling in college, and ensure all students are prepared for life after high school. Peer Leaders create college-going culture and a movement that makes college the expectation, not the exception!
