Our mission is to equip young people with the confidence, clarity, relationships, and practical tools they need to recognize their strengths, pursue meaningful goals, and create a future filled with possibility.

Too many young people move toward adulthood without having the opportunity to fully understand their identity, strengths, purpose, or sense of belonging. Without that clarity and support, it can be difficult to recognize their potential, make confident decisions, and pursue meaningful goals.

The Purpose Project, an initiative of Life Anew Restorative Justice, provides a structured mentorship experience that helps teens and young adults discover what makes them unique and develop a practical pathway toward their future.

Through guided conversations, personal-development activities, goal-setting tools, and supportive mentoring relationships, participants explore three essential questions:

• Who am I? — Identity
• What am I here to do? — Purpose
• Where do I fit? — Belonging
