    The mission of Compassus Hospice is to provide physical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones, while assisting patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end of life issues.

    About Us

    Compassus is a national provider of integrated home-based care, including hospice and home health services, focused on providing person-centered care to patients and families in their homes. Our hospice services offer comfort, dignity, and support for those with life-limiting illness by managing symptoms, practical help, and offering emotional and spiritual care. We emphasize collaboration with healthcare partners and we utilize an integrated team.

    Integrated Care Teams:

    Care is delivered by a coordinated team of professionals including volunteers, physicians, nurses, social workers, and bereavement counselors.

    Symptom Management:

    A core focus is to manage pain and other symptoms through hospice-medications and ensuring comfort.

    Support for Families:

    We provide support and relief for primary caregivers, including respite care and ongoing grief support for families after a loved one's passing.

    Accreditataion and Programs:

    Compassus holds accreditation from Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), demonstrating compliance with Medicare standards. We also particapate in the We Honor Veterans Program, providing specialized support to patients.

    Partnerships:

    The organization partners with healthcare providers and long-term care facilities to offer coordinated care, supporting patients thoughout their illness journey.
