Everheld is committed to connect the wishes and needs of children in Virginia Beach foster care with the generosity of our community. We provide the resources and support needed to give these children the opportunity to grow into positive and productive members of our community.

We Are Everheld

We started in 2014 as Connect With a Wish, granting wishes for children in Virginia Beach foster care. In 2026, we changed our name to reflect the vast and varied work we do all around Virginia - but at our core, we remain dedicated to enhancing the lives of local youth and young adults in Hampton Roads foster care. It's baked into our mission - connecting these youth with the generosity and love of our community. And we're always looking for new ways to help the community we serve. From granting wishes and hosting parties, to transitional housing and groundbreaking legislative work, see what we do by exploring our twenty plus programs.
