Job posters transitioning to Idealist from PND will receive an email from Idealist that contains details and instructions for claiming the two free job posting credits the week of February 9.

If we are able to find an exact match for your organization in Idealist’s database, the job posting credits will be automatically added to your organization’s account. You’ll receive an email from Idealist with details and next steps.

If we are not able to find a match, your organization is still eligible to receive the free job posting credits. You’ll receive an email from Idealist with instructions on how to contact our Community Support Team for assistance.

Yes. If you posted a job on Philanthropy News Digest on or after January 1, 2026, and you are still recruiting for the same role, you may contact Idealist’s Community Support Team to request a free repost. Approved reposts will not use one of the two free job posting credits Idealist will provide your account.

The requests for reposts will be honored until February 20, 2026.

Organizations that posted jobs on Philanthropy News Digest will receive two free job posting credits to use on idealist.org.

After these credits are used, nonprofit job postings on Idealist cost $145 per posting and will remain live for 30 days. In addition to accessing our global community of mission-driven professionals, posting organizations can utilize Idealist’s free recruitment solutions, such as our applicant tracker, resume database, and resources for hiring.
