    Description

    Rewards & Recognition Lead

    The Volunteer Recognition and Appreciation Lead oversees the development and implementation of both formal and informal recognition efforts.

    Volunteer Recognition and Appreciation Lead

    • Develop, manage, and implement a volunteer recognition program
    • Work with program leads to identify volunteers to recognize
    • Organize the annual volunteer appreciation event in coordination with Community Engagement Lead

    Qualifications

    • Enthusiastic about HSLC mission and programs
    • Understanding of the value of volunteers
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Work well both individually and with others
    • Ability to enter and manage volunteer data appropriately within a database
    • Ability to actively engage with volunteers and program leads
    • Ability to initiate projects with limited direction
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
    • Ability to prioritize appropriately when facing multiple responsibilities and tasks.
