As we continue to grow, we are implementing Salesforce to support donor management, fundraising operations, sponsorship tracking, grant management, and organizational reporting.

    Position Overview

Army Pink is seeking a Volunteer Salesforce Nonprofit Administrator to help build and maintain the fundraising and donor management side of our Salesforce environment.

We currently have volunteers supporting our transportation operations systems, but we are looking for someone with experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor management who can help ensure our Salesforce setup follows nonprofit best practices.

This role will work closely with the Executive Director and other volunteers to create a scalable donor and fundraising infrastructure that supports long-term growth.

    • Experience working with nonprofits, fundraising teams, or donor management systems
    • Familiarity with Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or Salesforce nonprofit solutions
    • Understanding of donor cultivation, stewardship, and fundraising operations
    • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workflows
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote volunteer environment
