The Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission safeguards the rights of persons with disabilities by providing public guardianship services, legal representation and a process to investigate alledged rights violations.
About Us
The agency provides court appointed guardianship services to the mentally and physically disabled. It also investigates claims of human rights violations in residential treatment facilities and provides legal representation for the disabled.
