    Job Summary

    The Manager of College Access and Student Success is the end-to-end owner of our in-person Summer Storyteller Studio — from planning → staffing → training → daily execution → outcomes. You’ll hire/train seasonal staff, run daily on-site operations, deliver high-quality college application programming, and ensure students hit key milestones (applications, financial aid, scholarships). During the academic year, you’ll provide advising and keep systems, communication, and student progress on track so no Scholar falls through the cracks.

    Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000 annually + benefits
