My Serenity Sanctuary aims to make self-care and wellness accessible and inclusive for all through our programs, projects, partnerships, andan interactive online membership community.
About Us
With a focus on self and being, My Serenity Sanctuary is a self-care ecosystem and wellness community that offers programs and services designed to promote gender equity and address the unique challenges and opportunities for Black women and girls. It’s also a healing center that promotes a safe environment free of gender and racial bias. My Serenity Sanctuary programs are designed to empower and inspire Black women and girls to practice self-care through abundant resources, programs, and tools to help their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
