Tiny Hearts Remembered, Inc. is a Toledo, Ohio–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting families impacted by pregnancy and infant loss, maternal grief, and perinatal wellness challenges.

Since its founding in 2021, Tiny Hearts has grown into a structured, community-centered organization providing grief support, care packages, healing programs, advocacy efforts, and maternal health awareness initiatives across Northwest Ohio and surrounding communities.

Entering our fifth year, we are focused on strengthening governance, expanding partnerships and volunteers, and building sustainable infrastructure to support long-term impact. We are actively seeking mission-aligned leaders and volunteers who are passionate about maternal health, grief support, and community-driven change.
