Foster Hope Ministries

  • Mission

Foster Hope Ministries partners with local churches to support foster and adoptive families through community, chaplaincy, and care — empowering families and churches throughout their local communities.

    About Us

Foster Hope exists to see every foster and adoptive family supported by a caring church community. We equip churches with tools and training, connect families to local resources, and provide direct chaplaincy care to foster parents. Our free apps — including Our Foster Family and Foster Toolkit — serve thousands of families navigating the foster care system. Scott Tuttle, AG-endorsed chaplain and foster care advocate, founded Foster Hope in 2022 alongside his wife Heather.
