NextKey Housing Access Foundation

The Next Key Housing Access Foundation exists to expand housing opportunities for families, voucher holders, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and communities of color across New York City. We bridge the gap between families, landlords, and government systems by offering referral services, housing navigation, and youth programs that empower the next generation with real estate and housing literacy.

The Next Key Housing Access Foundation is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to advancing housing equity in New York City and beyond. Our work focuses on individuals and families facing barriers to stable housing, including those relying on vouchers, those leaving shelters, immigrant families, and LGBTQIA+ residents who experience disproportionate housing discrimination.

We act as a liaison between communities and systems, helping renters navigate housing programs, connecting them to landlords, and advocating for fair treatment. Beyond immediate housing support, we invest in the future through youth housing literacy programs, introducing young people to real estate, community development, and pathways to financial empowerment.

As the nonprofit arm of the NextKey ecosystem, we collaborate with NextKey Technologies, a PropTech platform designed to modernize housing access. Together, we merge innovation, advocacy, and community engagement to ensure no family is left without a key.
