Triumph Heart

Triumph Heart is a UK-based charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children with disabilities in Uganda. We focus on providing life-changing education, nutrition, medical care, and therapy to children who often face extreme challenges due to disability, malnutrition, or limited access to healthcare. Through our programs, children gain the tools and confidence to develop physically, socially, and emotionally, allowing them to thrive in their communities.

Since our foundation, Triumph Heart has worked tirelessly to reach children who would otherwise be overlooked, partnering with families, local communities, and volunteers to create sustainable support and hope.

Our mission is to transform the lives of children with disabilities in Uganda by providing holistic care, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities. We aim to empower children, strengthen families, and create inclusive communities, ensuring every child, regardless of their abilities, can experience dignity, health, and the joy of learning.
