For nearly 40 years, Reach for Resources has been providing person-centered mental health supports and services to people with disabilities throughout Minnesota. Every day we live our mission of empowering people of all-abilities to reach their full potential. We have laid a strong foundation that enables us to continue to provide quality supports and expand our services in the future.
