Our mission is to provide IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) survivors with the career-related services they need to help achieve financial independence, economic empowerment, and lasting safety.

We are a youth, student and female-led 501(c)3 organization, and although are based in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, have a global impact. We have 2,500+ followers across 3 social media platforms, keep up a recurring blog, and have an International Youth Leadership Team.
