    The Network Theory Applied Research Institute is nonprofit technology company developing open-source software as part of its Municipal Counter Automation Strategy, which makes for-profit tech giants share the benefits of AI and robotics ownership with local communities.

    About Us

    NTARI was formed in 2023 by Jodson and Grace Graves with the goal of improving the internet. We published our whitepapers Addressing Democratic Information Velocity, the Internet as a Public Utility and the Municipal Counter Automation Strategy in 2025. Our goal today is to help cities establish community-owned mesh networks, develop community coordination software, and thrive in the age of the internet.
